Neighbor Network is Moving

Neighbor Network serves as the Aging Resource Center for all of Douglas County and is in the process of relocating their office to accommodate the growing number of requests. You can still call to receive information and now you can visit their new office at 104 Fourth St. in Castle Rock and talk directly with a specialist. Learn more from Karie Erickson, Neighbor Network Executive Director

Volunteer opportunities at Neighbor Network contribute to the mission of helping seniors remain independent and stay in their homes. You will enjoy the flexibility each opportunity offers along with ongoing training and support. You can sign up for one hour a month or 100. If you’d like to make a difference in our community and connect with older adults, volunteer today! Volunteer opportunities.

Welcome Douglas County Spellbinders!

Douglas County Spellbinders joins Volunteer Connect Douglas County. Are you a storyteller or would you like to become one? Spellbinders® trains individuals in the art of oral storytelling, and places these individuals as volunteer storytellers in the local school(s) of their choice. Volunteers return to the same classrooms each month throughout the school year, forming strong and caring connections with the school children.

To learn more about Spellbinders® and their volunteer opportunities, visit Spellbinders Opportunities.
